Wow, nice design. You know, you are half way there to making this drawing complete. The rest takes detail. Don't be afraid of making a mess of sketching, do fast but light lines for parts but try different variations as you do it and when it comes to the line art you pick the lines which you find look right to you and highlight those parts. Negativity of saying you can't draw is a draw-back. You, like many others may be comparing your work to artists you are very fond of. Compared to their work you may feel like you are way off on your drawing. Everyone does this. This is neither true or proactive. Think positively and never get frustrated. This picture has inspired me to try and draw it, with a few adaptations. I am going to try and draw a female version of this suit. (I dunno if there is a female version of the suit in your story but hey, it's a bit of fun). Bare in mind it may look like royal pants and it will prob be rather sketchy, that is if I can get my scanner to work as well. =x Keep it up, the suit and sword look bad-booty,

Well I have finished it but I need to wait until later on to upload it. I am relatively please with it and I hope you like my interpretation. Will edit this post later once I can upload it to save space. EDIT: Here it is, added the hair for effect. There are a few noticeable errors such as the strange positioning of the left foot, it is bending in a rather uncomfortable looking way. But it is just a sketch and it is aloud to look weird. I really want to see you improve on the current ones and watch them get better and better. ^^ That's what I love seeing people do.

wo that is awsome i figured you would have drawn something way off from the original male version... but this is great... reminds me of a stormtrooper from starwars fro some weird reason... i like the hair it was a plus to the image since most of the females would be kind of crazy and was mungery like... the dagger version of the sword looks cool to... ill make a new skethc of my orginal and try to "improve" apone it... if that is possible

OKAY! I haven't posted anything in 5 billion years, and perhaps my rough estimate makes sandpaper feel like marble flooring. I will post stuff I promise. I will make sure I post some of my art soon.
Xero, if you come up with any more designs for your story it would be great. I would love to to attempt to do some more based on your work.

If I start something, I've got a perfect Idea in my head, but when I start to actually draw, I just can't do it... Most of the time I take ages to find out how I CAN do it!
A drawing is not done until everything is perfect... I've never FULLY completed a drawing...

Skeletal drawing is the most useful for me I find. If I have an idea in my head (which usually takes about 10 hours worth of thinking time ><) I draw a skeleton of it, a stick man to size if you will. Then I just build out-wards and slowly the different parts of the body come together. I find this way much easier to do because instead of focusing on the idea as a whole I focus on individual parts first. In my honest opinion, perfection is for the pros, I am not a pro. I am aloud to make mistakes and damnit I will! It is my right as an artist to walk away from an incomplete sketch.
