Both are fine! It's just a matter of practising I guess, but...they are great looking for a first try! ;D And don't worry about the errors and stuff. Try finelining though and give it a color, I wonder what it'd look like!

I realise the hands are too small aswel, this is probably a natural thing I do to avoid people seeing how bad they are. I can't draw hands to save my life so that is most likely why the wrist is bigger than the hand itself.

Now that doesn't matter with chibis, they all have small hands, though yours...if they were a little little bigger and the wrists a bit smaller, they'd be okay! ;D
And supermangamaker, give your hands a practise as well, would be good. The best samples you have are your own. ;D

Well, you seem to get the hang of it... but maybe you guys should try to put some of your own fantasy in it... I mean, I've been drawing manga for quite a while now, and the best thing to learn new ways is to look how others do it, and from there make your own style!! Here's mine, it's a little different, I know... Well, it's just a sketch, it's not worked out... so it's still a little sketchy, remember that when judging it!!

The left ear is too low, since it's kinda impossible to place it so low. And you have a very funny way of drawing eyes, too.
But you're right about having your own style, actually nothing is really wrong or good. ;D

Well, I mean, I learned just cause I liked it, and I just watched closely, took the parts I liked and used them all together!!
About that ear, It's not too low... I mean, wel, I can't explain but I don't think it's too low... lools!!

ell, it's looking a bit impossible to me, but okay, maybe you should ask the others too, but the other one's lifted up so much, so how can the other be so low?

Well, remember it's on the other side of her head... and cats can move their ears up and down.. so she just moves it down, and cause it's at the back of her head (from this position) it looks like it's too low, which it isn't cause she's a cat... anyway, what does it matter?

well, you just re-drew it in the exact same shape as the original(Well, that was what you wanted to)... You should definetly try some base-shapes and therefrom build you drawing up... not just simply copy the original...
